Career path

I have been working as a Cad Technician since the early nineties. I began my professional career as an Electrical and Mechanical draughtsperson then in the mid nineties I changed career to a CAD technician using AutoCAD and now Autodesk Revit for the Civil Structural and Architectural Industries

Training & Education

Over the years I have completed various CAD training courses/sessions ranging from 2D and 3D AutoCAD programmes to site development design programmes up to and including Autodesk Revit.
I have attended these courses at Cork CIT, C-Cad Computing, CADCO and ECL in the UK. Constant updating and training is essential as software is continually changing and keeping up to date is vital to providing the most efficient and professional service possible.

 

Software

Apart from the usual office programmes, The draughting software I use are Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and photoshop for image adjustment.
